en-closure:  recent projects include

  1. Developing an assessment and closure strategy for the consolidation of multiple historic properties into a single industrial development. Consolidating over 40 tracts of residential and commercial industrial sites into a single site so that findings from the multiple site assessments can be addressed in a unified approach based on the future industrial use of the property.
